if you are one of the many people that anually pay for a internet service that constantly causes you noting but frustration
then i can assure you that you are not alone.
i currently subscribe to a isp that used to be run by tiscali and i can honestly say that the phrase
going from bad to worse definatly applies.
tiscali was appalling but now it is run by a new company i have noticed the quality of using broadband internet has gone down hill to say the least.
constantly being timed out after just a few minutes
so i am having to disconnect to reconnect all the time i am online.
and i have heard from another person who is experiencing a similar problem.
i think this is appalling and in fact i say it is criminal...to advertise something that does not do that it claims.
so we the customers are being mislead and that is not acceptable.
i started this blog because i want to draw the many unhappy customers away from the many isp who are robbing them month after month in return for lousy internet access.
so come on in and start sharing your experiences of subscribing to a lousy isp
and lets figure out a way of trying to get isp's everywhere to start being honest with their customers...that is the least we deserve in return for the billions we pay out each year.
